Experience Summary 

An IT professional. With over 25 years experience in the IT industry, the last 16 of which have been in the role of project manager or above, I have extensive knowledge of the entire life-cycle of systems; the business areas that use them; and the essential components necessary to deliver and maintain them within a single or multi-location organisation.

I have developed, delivered and re-engineered every aspect of the service delivery components fundamental to an IT-dependent business function. This ranges from application development, package implementation, infrastructure deployment (voice and data), and environmental support systems such as air conditioning, building management, and fire/access/intruder systems.

Able to work effectively at all levels of an organisation, I can communicate, motivate and deliver without compromising the need for standards and/or controls – whether financial, timescale, quality or change management.
